Where do I find my code?
Your unique 14-character code is on the underside of the lids of our promotional yogurt and crème fraîche pots (150g, 200g, 450g, 500g and 1kg), on the inside of the sleeve of our promotional yogurt 4-packs, behind the label of the promotional 1L and 2L milk bottles and underneath the fold of the promotional 250g butter block.
My code doesn’t seem to work.
Your unique code should be 14 alpha characters in length and begin with the letter ‘P’. The codes are case sensitive, so be careful when typing them in, and remember to include any spaces.
If your code doesn’t start with a ‘P’, it isn’t from a promotional pack and so can’t be used in this promotion. But don’t worry – you can still bank other codes as part of our Yeokens scheme as normal here: https://www.yeovalley.co.uk/yeokens.
Please check to see that you are typing all 14 characters and each one is correct. If the code you are entering is incorrect, you will see a message saying that the code is invalid.
If your code has already been used, you’ll see a message that says so. It could be that the page didn’t load correctly the first time you submitted your entry. Not to worry – whether or not you’re a winner, we’ll send you an email to let you know if you’ve won or not.
I can’t read the code.
As the code is made up of small dots, we find that if you hold it slightly away from you, the code stands out more clearly.
If you’re still having trouble reading the code, please take a picture and send it through to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll try to help you figure it out.
Why do you need my details?
We want to make it easy for you to enter, so we ask for as little information as possible – just details so that we can contact you if you’re the lucky winner of our £25,000 first prize. If you do happen to win a runner-up prize instantly, you’ll just need to fill out a short form with your name and address so we can arrange delivery of your prize.
Rest assured, we’ll never send you anything or share your details without your permission.
Why do I have to send in my pack to claim the main prize?
This is quite normal for this type of offer. We want our promotion to be fair for everyone. To enter, you need to buy one of the promotional packs, so we ask winners to post in their pack to prevent any false claims.
What are Yeokens?
Yeokens are an online currency you can collect by buying things made by us here at Yeo Valley. Just look out for our packs with the special Yeokens rosette on them.
Can I still bank the code from my promotional pack with my Yeokens account?
If you enter your code on the promotional site first, we’ll automatically bank the Yeokens in your account (using the email address you provide). Please remember to use the email address linked with your Yeokens account when entering the promotion!
If you bank the code from your promotional pack to your Yeokens account first, you’ll need to go to the promotional website at www.yeovalley.co.uk/birthday to enter the promotion separately. You can only bank the Yeokens once, so you won’t get any more Yeokens when you enter the promotion if you’ve already banked them.
What if I don’t have a Yeokens account?
If you don’t have a Yeokens account, we’ll still bank the Yeokens from your promotional pack under the email address you provide – so if in future you’d like to set up a Yeokens account, you’ll have your Yeokens ready and waiting!
Why is there no phone number I can call for help?
We find that phone lines can get tied up – and it’s not fun to be on hold! If you do have any questions that we haven’t answered here, please email email@example.com. We’ll do our best to get back to you within two working days.
